Tom Scatuorchio joined Kislak in 2016 and specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout northern New Jersey, with a focus on transit-oriented New York City sub-markets. After his first year with Kislak, he received the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. In 2021, Mr. Scatuorchio was named a 40 Under 40 next generation leader by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal. In 2024, he was promoted to a senior vice president for his success as an investment salesperson and his role as a leader and mentor in Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing division. In 2025, Mr. Scatuorchio was awarded the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award for demonstrating the highest standard of excellence in performance and professionalism.
Mr. Scatuorchio graduated from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in International Business and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey.
