Tom Scatuorchio joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2016 and specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout northern NJ. The majority of Tom’s investment sales are concentrated in New York City sub-markets, with focus on transit-oriented communities. After his first year with Kislak, he received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. In 2021 Tom was named among the Top 40 Under 40 Real Estate Professionals by Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
Tom Scatuorchio graduated from The College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. He holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of New Jersey.
Tom is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey. He also holds the Commercial Real Estate seat in his chapter of the BNI Executive Networking Organization.
