Mr. Davidovic has been in the commercial real estate industry since he joined Kislak in 2006. He specializes in the sale of multifamily properties with a focus on land and development throughout Hudson, Essex and Bergen Counties. In 2006, he was awarded the company’s Rookie of the Year Award, which is presented to a developing employee who shows a high level of production and is noted for excellence. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, followed by a promotion to Senior Vice President in 2018. Mr. Davidovic has completed sales in excess of $340,000,000, which include over 2,500 residential units and unapproved and approved land sites.
Scott is a competitive long distance cyclist, ranked in the top 50 in the nation for his age.
Mr. Davidovic is a graduate of Indiana University.
He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association.
