Mr. Sullivan joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2024 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties in southern Florida.
Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. Sullivan worked as a director for Keller Williams’ commercial division, providing a wide range of services and has ongoing strong relationships with many key clients, major financial institutions and asset management firms. His sales total more than $300 million.
Ryan acquired his Masters in International Real Estate and is currently working on his CCIM Designation. He received his undergraduate degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Florida International University.
