Mr. Holland joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 1984. He became president in 2012. In addition to overseeing the company and managing a team of salespeople, he specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Holland is consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holland has sold more apartment buildings in central and eastern Pennsylvania than any other broker. He has received Kislak’s Production Award over ten times and is also a multiple recipient of the company’s Salesperson of the Year Award. Mr. Holland’s sales total more than $3 billion.
Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Hartwick College and is a member of the National Multi Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
