Peter Wisniewski joined Kislak in 2015. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey and serves as the Broker of Record for Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Kislak’s commercial leasing and sales group in New Jersey.
Mr. Wisniewski holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Fordham University. Upon graduation, he received a Graduate Intern position with the City of New York’s Division of Real Property where he transformed the marketing of the City’s surplus commercial real estate with the former police headquarters redevelopment and some of the most successful public auctions in the City’s history.
In 2008, Mr. Wisniewski became the executive vice president and sales manager at Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp. and completed various assignments including the disposition of Wacker Chemical’s NJ operations in South Brunswick, the sale of an Ethan Allen store portfolio, and the sale of the Summit Chevrolet property on River Road in Summit, NJ. He continued as the firm’s broker of record until his departure in 2015.
Peter has also represented many non-profits for their acquisition and liquidation of real estate properties. He is the current chair of the board of directors of Our House, a non-profit organization that provides residential, employment and recreational services to individuals with development disabilities. He still remains a board member of Our House as well as a former trustee and adviser to Youth Consultation Services, one of the largest not for profit organizations for children in New Jersey.
During his career, Peter has leased or sold a combined amount of approximately 8 million square feet of space and well over 1,000 acres of land and is actively growing the leasing department to be a force in New Jersey commercial real estate activity.
