Matt Weilheimer joined Kislak in 1996 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties, REO assets, development opportunities, and other investment properties in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers, Mr. Weilheimer is also involved in the overall management of the company and is responsible for supervising a team of salespeople. He has won numerous sales production awards at Kislak including the company’s 2010 and 2015 Producer of the Year award and has been recognized repeatedly by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal and Real Estate New Jersey for his sales accomplishments. In 2024 Mr. Weilheimer was promoted to a managing director. He serves as an outstanding role model for new salespeople and the sales team.
Mr. Weilheimer is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York, and is a former vice chairman of the Township of Marlboro, New Jersey Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Mr. Weilheimer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
