Mr. Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and retail investment properties throughout northern New Jersey.
After his first year with Kislak, Mr. Squires received the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award and was subsequently promoted to a vice President in 2009 after only two years with the firm. In 2017, Mr. Squires was again promoted to a senior vice president and in 2024 he was promoted once more to a managing director. He is consistently one of the firm’s top producers and serves as an exemplary guide for new salespeople and the sales team.
Mr. Squires holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the highly acclaimed Indiana University Kelley School of Business and is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey and currently resides in Essex County.
Today Mr. Squires is consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers. Among his recent accomplishments is the exclusive $136,000,000 sale of Rachel Gardens, a 764 unit apartment complex in Montville, NJ. This transaction was one of the single largest sales of an apartment complex ever recorded in New Jersey.
