Davis Briones is a Vice President at The Kislak Company and top producer of the New Jersey Multifamily Investment Sales Team.
Mr. Briones has been a commercial real estate advisor for nearly a decade specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of developers, institutions, high net worth individuals and lenders. Throughout his career, Davis has worked with a team of the most highly skilled professionals offering his clients an unmatched and seamless transaction experience. Davis’ focus is on creating valuable client relationships built on authenticity and transparency, while connecting sellers and buyers so that their investment goals are consistently achieved.
Davis joined Kislak in 2014, after his first year he received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year Award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. He was promoted to Vice President in 2019 after he sold over $100 million of real estate for the company. In 2021 he was recognized in the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 30 under 30 Spotlight. He was a part of the Kislak team that achieved over $1 billion in transaction volume in 2021.
Mr. Briones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey.
