Mr. Egesionu joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2026 and brings experience in commercial real estate brokerage and market research. Most recently, he served as an Associate Broker with Colliers International, where he represented tenants and landlords in office, retail, and industrial leasing, with a focus on lease negotiations, transaction management, market analysis, and developing new business opportunities.
His experience includes preparing lease proposals, developing marketing strategies, and advising clients on market trends, competitive positioning, and investment opportunities. He also performed lease comparison and financial modeling, including Net Effective Rent (NER) and Net Present Value (NPV) analyses, to help clients evaluate opportunities and make informed real estate decisions.
Prior to Colliers, Chidi served as a Senior Research Analyst, where he supported commercial real estate valuations through market research, cash flow modeling, site inspections, and property analysis across retail, industrial, and office assets. Chidi is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Economics.
