Mr. Waisbrod joined Kislak in 2001 and since 2021 has been an executive vice president with the firm. He specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the surrounding states. Mr. Waisbrod is consistently one of Kislak’s leading producers. He has been the recipient of numerous Kislak sales awards including the firm’s Jay’s I. Kislak Producer of the Year Award in 2021 and 2023 and the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year Award in 2013, 2015, 2019 and 2023. As of 2023, his sales total more than $1.5 billion.
Mr. Waisbrod holds bachelor’s degrees in Talmudic Studies from YTV Talmudical Seminary in Brooklyn, New York and a Talmudical Seminary in Jerusalem. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. Mr. Waisbrod is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
