S.V.P. Matt Weilheimer Arranges Exclusive Sale Outside of Philadelphia
Woodbridge, N.J., June 9, 2021 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of a warehouse with approximately 125,000 square feet located at 901 Quarry Street in Darby, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, for $2,500,000.
Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis on behalf of the seller, Quarry Bridge Associates, LLC, with Senior Vice President Matt Weilheimer and Sales Associate Anthony Palmiotto handling the assignment. Mr. Weilheimer also procured the purchaser, 901 Quarry LLC.

The property is attractive for adaptive reuse given its close proximity to Center City, Philadelphia, which is only 12 miles away.
This is the third transaction in Delaware County in 12 months for Mr. Weilheimer who joined Kislak in 1996 and is consistently among the firm’s leading salespeople.
