Sales Associate Max Levinston Arranges Exclusive Sale of Commercial Building in Somerset County

Woodbridge, N.J., May 27, 2025 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of The Granetz Building at 201-217 West Main Street, Somerville, Somerset County, New Jersey, for $2,675,000.

Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with sales associate Max Levinston handling the assignment on behalf of the seller.
