S.V.P. Robert Squires Arranges Exclusive Sale of Bergen County Apartments & Offices

Woodbridge, N.J., February 28, 2025 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of a mixed-use apartment and office property at 222 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, Bergen County, New Jersey, for $2,900,000.

Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with senior vice president Robert Squires handling the assignment, and he also procured the purchaser. The parties were not disclosed. Mr. Squires also arranged the prior sale of the property from the original builder to the seller.

Mr. Squires commented, “The seller owned the property for 10 years during which time they upgraded the apartments and common areas. Our marketing efforts resulted in several strong offers. Investors are drawn to this type of property given its location in a great Bergen County town with public transportation nearby, individual utilities, and ample on-site parking.”

The two-story brick building was built in 1980 and includes 13 studio apartments and four offices in 5,195 square feet of commercial space. The property is well maintained with several recent upgrades including a new roof and a newly paved parking lot.

Oradell is a borough in northeastern Bergen County. The property is located 10 miles from the George Washington Bridge.
