V.P. Sara Soliman Arranges Sale of Fully-Occupied 6,342 S.F. Morris County Property

Woodbridge, N.J., August 19, 2026 — Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., the commercial sales and leasing affiliate of The Kislak Company, Inc., announced the recent sale of a fully leased mixed-use property at 6 Hilltop Road in Mendham, Morris County, New Jersey, for $1,296,750.

Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with vice president Sara Soliman handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, Acorn Holdings, LLC, and she also procured the purchaser, MK Property Investments, LLC.
