S.V.P. Daniel Lanni Arranges Sale of 8,060 SF Commercial Building in Ocean County

Woodbridge, N.J., January 8, 2025 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of an 8,060-square-foot commercial building located at 178 West Veterans Highway in Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey, for $2,800,000.

Kislak marketed the property on behalf of the seller with senior vice president Daniel Lanni handling the assignment, and he also procured the purchaser. The parties were not disclosed.

Mr. Lanni commented, “We had an offer and acceptance within 30 days of commencing our exclusive engagement and closed in less than 90 days. The Goddard School had recently closed and the property was delivered vacant to the all-cash purchaser.”

The former preschool and daycare facility includes on-site parking. The building was meticulously maintained with a five-year old roof. Located on Veterans Highway near a busy intersection, the property is also across the street from the Jackson police station. 178 West Veterans Highway provides great visibility and accessibility with CVS, Quick Chek and Jackson High School nearby.

Daniel Lanni joined Kislak in 2010 and is consistently among the firm’s leading producers.
