V.P. Matt Wolf Arranges Exclusive Sale of Luxury Mixed-Use Property with 49 Apartments and Separate Commercial Spaces
Woodbridge, N.J., December 5, 2019 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recent sale of Liberty North, an award-winning Class A mixed-use property at 1060 North Charlotte Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for $9,125,000.
Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with vice president Matt Wolf handling the assignment. Mr. Wolf also procured the purchaser.
