GlobeSt.com/Real Estate Forum & NJBIZ Recognize Historic Achievements
WOODBRIDGE, N.J., November 5, 2021 – The Kislak Company, Inc. announced it is the recipient of two recent industry recognitions for its enduring success in investment and commercial real estate sales, particularly in the sale of multifamily properties both within its home state of New Jersey and nationally.
GlobeSt.com/Real Estate Forum recognized Kislak as a “Multifamily Influencer” and NJBIZ recognized Kislak as a “Leader in Real Estate, Construction and Design.”
“These are incredibly meaningful recognitions especially given the challenges we have faced since start of the COVID-19 pandemic last spring,” said Robert Holland, president. “Despite these challenges, Kislak continues to experience tremendous growth. In the last three years alone, our team whose drive and perseverance are unmatched has closed more than 650 transactions valued at more than $2.5 billion.”
The GlobeSt.com/Real Estate Forum recognition was Kislak’s second consecutive one. Influencers were chosen based on their skill and sector knowledge necessary to drive a deal home along with the impact an individual, team or company has had on the industry.
For 115 years, Kislak has been an advisor and resource in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties among private investors, multi-generational real estate owners, public and private companies, and institutional investors as they build portfolios and create wealth.
The NJBIZ recognition celebrates individuals and companies who are changing the commercial real estate landscape of New Jersey through development, design, construction, project management, and more.
Regionally, within New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, Kislak has sold more multifamily properties and generated the sale of more multifamily units at a higher dollar volume than any other firm.
Kislak’s recent transaction highlights include the $65 million sale of a more than 600-unit portfolio, a $55.4 million sale of 140 units in Fort Lee, New Jersey, and a $40 million sale of a 259-unit property in Dutchess County, New York. This year alone, Kislak has set several new sales records by achieving the highest price ever paid for a multifamily property in Salem County, New Jersey and in Sussex County, New Jersey and establishing a new record price-per-unit for multifamily properties in central Pennsylvania.
