E.V.P. Peter Wisniewski Arranges Sale of 52,000 S.F. on 8.4 Acres in Somerset County
Woodbridge, N.J., June 14, 2022 – Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. announced the recent sale of a corporate office complex at 170 Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge, Somerset County, New Jersey for $4,600,000.
Executive vice president Peter Wisniewski represented the purchaser, Aucta Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a technology-based company focusing on the development and commercialization of Branded Specialty Products. This is the second transaction Wisniewski completed with Aucta in the last two years. The Garibaldi Group represented the sellers.

The property consists of five interconnected one- and two-story brick buildings totaling 52,068 square feet, which were built in 1970. The buildings sit on 8.39 acres with parking for 190 cars and the property is beautifully landscaped with walking trails and gardens. At the time of closing, the complex was vacant. Once Aucta establishes their facilities, they may offer available space to other lab and office companies looking to expand in the market.
Conveniently located along the commercial corridor of Mt. Airy Road among several other office complexes and around the corner from access to Interstate 287, the property is two miles from downtown Bernardsville and New Jersey Transit service to New York City.
Basking Ridge is an unincorporated community located within Bernards Township in the Somerset Hills region of Somerset County. It is the headquarters of Verizon Wireless, Fedway, Collabera, Vencore Labs, Lawyer.com, and Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, among other large area employers. Somerset County consistently ranks among the wealthiest counties in the United States based on household income.
