Vice President Sara Soliman Arranges Sale in Somerset County

Woodbridge, N.J., October 2, 2026 – Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., the commercial sales and leasing affiliate of The Kislak Company, Inc., announced the recent sale of  a 19,500 square-foot industrial Building at 10 Culnen Drive in Branchburg, Somerset County, New Jersey, for $4,200,000.

Kislak originally marketed the property for lease on an exclusive basis with vice president Sara Soliman handling the assignment on behalf of the owner, H & R Realty Group LLC. After fielding several inquiries from prospective purchasers, the owner elected to sell the property with Ms. Soliman handling the sale. She also procured the purchaser, Eii, Inc.

Ms. Soliman commented: “We are pleased to have successfully facilitated the sale of this property. The transaction reflects the continued demand for well-located industrial properties in central New Jersey, particularly those offering convenient access to major transportation corridors.”

Sara Soliman joined Kislak in 2023 focusing on commercial leasing and sales in central New Jersey and received the firm’s Rising Star award in 2024. In 2026, she was promoted to a vice president. She is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design. Ms. Soliman applies her expertise in project management and experiential retail and hospitality space design to her real estate assignments and transactions.
