Woodbridge, N.J., September 11, 2025 – Kislak is pleased to announce the grand opening of Aucta Pharmaceuticals, Inc’s. new corporate headquarters at 170 Mt. Airy Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Kislak recently represented Aucta in the acquisition of the 52,000-square-foot office for $4.6 million. Aucta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a technology-driven pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of branded specialty products. The transaction marked the second successful deal that Kislak executive vice president Peter Wisniewski recently completed on behalf of Aucta.

The grand opening ceremony will take place on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Aucta’s new headquarters, followed by a celebratory BBQ dinner from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
