
Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate Matthew LoBocchiaro Represents Local Not Profit
Woodbridge, N.J., April 17, 2026 – Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., the commercial sales and leasing affiliate of The Kislak Company, Inc., announced the recent execution of a 26,653-square-foot office lease at 41 Spring Street in New Providence, Union County, New Jersey for the leading non-profit organization, Our House, Inc.
Matthew LoBocchiaro, a commercial sales and leasing associate, represented the tenant, Our House, Inc. Doug Rowe and Geoffrey Schubert of Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Shelbourne Spring, LLC.

New Providence features an affluent residential base, a walkable downtown with restaurants and shops, parks and recreation. Matthew LoBocchiaro joined Kislak in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in central New Jersey. He received the company’s Rising Star award in 2025. Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. LoBocchiaro was an intern for another brokerage firm where he conducted comprehensive market research and created detailed market demographic reports and market site surveys. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
