Associate Matthew LoBocchiaro Arranges Lease at Woodbridge Office Tower
Woodbridge, N.J., June 16, 2026 – The Kislak Company, Inc. along with its New Jersey-based brokerage affiliates, Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and The Kislak Referral Agency, Inc., announced the recent relocation of its brokerage headquarters to a new office in the Woodbridge Office Tower at 10 Woodbridge Center Drive in Woodbridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey.
Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing associate Matthew LoBocchiaro arranged the lease on behalf of Kislak. Kevin Carton and Brody Strickland of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Woodbridge Office Tower, LLC.

Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. LoBocchiaro was an intern for another brokerage firm where he conducted comprehensive market research and created detailed market demographic reports and market site surveys. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
