
Annual Achievements Recognized
Woodbridge, N.J., April 2, 2022 — The Kislak Company, Inc. announced the recipients of its 2025 sales awards at the firm’s annual awards ceremony, which was held in February.
Senior vice president Matt Wolf received the Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year; senior vice president Tom Scatuorchio and managing director Jeff Squires were the co-recipients of the Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award, and Mr. Squires also received the Sales Transactions award; executive vice president Peter Wisniewski received the Lease Transactions award; and associate Matt LoBocchiaro received the Rising Star award.
C.E.O. Jason Pucci commented, “This year marks our 120th anniversary and last year was a strong year by every measure and among our best, which is an extraordinary achievement considering the recent market lows of 2023 and early 2024. We closed 140 transactions in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida and Maryland for $635 million and this sales volume represents a 22% increase over our 2024 results. Our awards recipients excelled and produced impressive results and I congratulate them on their remarkable success.”
The Jay I. Kislak Producer of the Year award is presented to the individual who generated the highest sales volume during the past year and is named after the Kislak Organization’s late chairman who was an inspiring entrepreneur, real estate pioneer, and philanthropist.
Matt Wolf had an exceptional 2025 closing 14 transactions that included the sale of 17 multifamily properties throughout Pennsylvania for $145 million. He joined Kislak in 2017 following over a decade of success in commercial real estate focused on multifamily and other investment sales in central and eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolf previously earned this award in 2020 and in 2022, he earned the firm’s Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award. Mr. Wolf is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, holds a Pennsylvania real estate broker’s license and was promoted to a senior vice president in 2022.
The Sima Kislak Jelin Salesperson of the Year award is presented to the individual whose performance and professionalism during the past year demonstrated the highest standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. A vote of the sales and management teams choose the recipient, and the award is named after the late Mrs. Jelin, who was an executive, key mentor, and motivator to countless salespeople, and the daughter of the firm’s founder. In 2025, this award was shared by senior vice president Tom Scatuorchio and managing director Jeff Squires.
Mr. Scatuorchio had a strong 2025 with sales totaling more than $20 million including the $11 million sale of Franklin Towers in Belleville, New Jersey. He joined Kislak in 2016 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties in northern New Jersey. In 2017, he earned Kislak’s Rising Star award and in 2021, was promoted to a vice president. In 2024, he was promoted to a senior vice president for his successful roles as an investment salesperson and leader and mentor in Kislak’s commercial sales and leasing division.
Jeff Squires had an exceptional 2025 with sales totaling more than $140 million His record-breaking achievements include the $90 million off-market sale of a 540-unit portfolio in Union County. His 2025 achievements also earned him Kislak’s Sales Transactions award, presented to the individual who closed the highest number of sales transactions during the past year.
Mr. Squires joined Kislak in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and retail investment properties throughout northern and central New Jersey. After his first year with Kislak, Mr. Squires received the firm’s Rookie of the Year award and was subsequently promoted to a vice president in 2009. In 2017, Mr. Squires was again promoted to a senior vice president and in 2024 he was promoted once more to a managing director. He is consistently among the firm’s top producers and serves as an exemplary guide for the sales team.
The Lease Transactions award is presented to the individual who completed the highest number of commercial leases during the past year. Peter Wisniewski also had a strong 2025 completing 25 commercial leases throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania along with several commercial sales in New Jersey. His 2025 New Jersey transactions include four office leases in Mount Arlington, 10,000 square-foot retail lease in downtown Red Bank and a 32,000 square-foot sale in Flemington.
Mr. Wisniewski joined Kislak in 2015 and is a leader in the firm’s commercial sales and leasing affiliate. Throughout his career, Wisniewski has leased or sold more than eight million square feet of commercial space and well over 1,500 acres of land and is actively growing Kislak’s presence in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. This award marked his eighth consecutive recognition.
The Rising Star award is presented to newer salespeople who recorded the greatest achievements during the past year.
Mr. LoBocchiaro joined Kislak in 2024 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in central New Jersey. His 2025 transactions include the sale of two office condominiums in Old Bridge, New Jersey and a 5,252-square-foot retail lease in downtown Red Bank, New Jersey to Brooks Brothers.
Mr. LoBocchiaro is a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
