BASKING RIDGE, N. J. – Peter Wisniewski of Kislak announced that Koo Chinese Academy, a regional educational operator of Chinese culture and language, has expanded their original 1,600 sq. ft. store by leasing an additional 1,671 sq. ft. in the Rite Aid/Tiny Turtle Academy anchored shopping center in the Hills section of Basking Ridge, NJ.

This 78,000 sq. ft. center , known as Highlands Village, has been a service provider to the community with a post office, bank, restaurants, liquor store, martial arts studio, dentist, Kumon Learning Center and other retail, service and medical uses. There are currently two spaces available for lease there -1060 and 2,648 sq. ft..

The chamber of commerce director, Al Licata, stated that “Highlands Village is  a premiere commercial center servicing our community and once you realize the effective buying income of this area, you will want to lease here.”
