Mr. Rosenberg joined the Kislak Company, Inc. in 2024 specializing in the sale and purchase of all types of investment properties throughout Rockland and Westchester Counties, with a primary focus on multifamily.
Prior to Kislak, Jake worked at Raith Capital Partners, a private equity firm in NYC, as a member of their asset management team helping to oversee $1.5 billion in real estate investments.
Mr. Rosenberg also worked at Cushman & Wakefield in their capital markets group. With experience on both the buy and sell sides of real estate transactions, Jake offers a unique perspective that allows him to guide his clients with confidence through his detailed understanding of financial metrics and market conditions. His hands-on industry experience ensures that he delivers exceptional insights and strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
Mr. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from the Shack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
