Ms. Gralla joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2010 and is a seasoned investment sales professional specializing in the sale of multifamily properties and approved development sites throughout Northern New Jersey. She represents private investors, multi-generational family ownership groups, partnerships and developers in the acquisition and disposition of significant and often complex transactions. Ms. Gralla is known for her market knowledge, disciplined execution and trusted long-term client relationships.
Drawing on an early background in advertising and strategic marketing, Ms. Gralla brings a distinctive perspective to investment sales, combining analytical underwriting with creative positioning and negotiation expertise.
Shortly after joining Kislak, Ms. Gralla was honored with the firm’s prestigious Rookie of the Year Award. She has since earned multiple company production awards, including Silver and Bronze Production Achievement honors, and was recognized by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree, in addition to being named among its Executive Women in Business for multiple years.
Among her notable accomplishments are the sale of The Gateway in South Orange, New Jersey, which achieved a record $532,000 per unit for an apartment property in Essex County; a record $250,000 per unit for comparable vintage assets in Plainfield; the sale of more than 130 units in Somerset County for $35 million; and numerous multifamily development site transactions in Orange, Plainfield, South Orange and Metuchen.
With just under two decades of experience at Kislak, Ms. Gralla has built her business on professionalism, integrity and a relationship-driven approach to brokerage. Coming from a family deeply rooted in commercial real estate, she developed an early understanding of the industry and continues to bring that perspective to every client assignment.
Ms. Gralla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Delaware.
She is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and the Property Owners Association of New Jersey and is actively involved in philanthropic and community fundraising initiatives.
