Ms. Bortz joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2002 and specializes in the sale of investment properties including multifamily, retail, office and industrial assets. She represents individual owners, multigenerational private investors, real estate firms and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate. Ms. Bortz has developed an extensive client base throughout the Hudson Valley including northern New Jersey and southern New York State north to Albany. Ms. Bortz’s sales have consistently ranked her among the top producers in the market and within Kislak and led to a promotion to vice president in 2005, senior vice president in 2010 and currently is Executive Vice President.
Prior to joining Kislak, Ms. Bortz worked in real estate development and spent ten years working in corporate sales and marketing management. She was general manager of an import company, national sales manager of a market research and database firm and marketing manager of an industrial packaging company.
Ms. Bortz earned her Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from S.U.N.Y Albany where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Ms. Bortz is a licensed real estate agent in New York and New Jersey.
