Don Baxter joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2006 and is consistently among the firm’s top-producing brokers. He specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey, with a particular emphasis, but not limited to, Northern New Jersey, where he is recognized as one of the area’s leading producers. His client base includes individual investors, partnerships, financial institutions and REITs. Before Don’s 20-year sales career at Kislak, he held sales positions with Intel and in the insurance industry. His extensive background in relationship management and strategic sales laid the foundation for his success in commercial real estate.
Since joining Kislak, Mr. Baxter has been recognized for his outstanding performance and professionalism. In 2007, he received Kislak’s Rookie of the Year Award, presented to an emerging professional noted for exceptional productivity and excellence. In 2008 and 2009, he earned the company’s Salesperson of the Year Award, which honors the individual who best exemplifies Kislak’s highest standards of integrity and achievement. In today’s competitive real estate market, closing complex transactions requires persistence, grit, and endurance – qualities Mr. Baxter exemplifies both professionally and personally. An avid ultramarathon runner, he has completed more than 40 endurance races ranging from 26 to 100 miles, demonstrating the same relentless focus that drives his business success. A former USPTA Certified Tennis Teaching Professional, he also brings a coach’s mindset to his client relationships, motivating others toward their goals with patience, insight and discipline.
