Mr. Baxter joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2006 and is consistently among the company’s leading producers. He specializes in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties throughout New Jersey with emphasis on Hudson County where he is among the area’s top producers. Mr. Baxter has closed an average of 10-16 transactions per year over the last ten years.
Mr. Baxter’s client base includes individual investors and owners, partnerships, financial institutions and REITs. For the past 20 years, he has focused his career in sales holding positions at Intel and in the insurance industry.
In 2007, Mr. Baxter received Kislak’s Rookie of the Year Award, which is presented to a developing employee who has a high level of production and is noted for excellence. In 2008 and 2009, he received the company’s Salesperson of the Year Award, which is presented to the individual whose performance and professionalism during a given year demonstrated the highest standards of excellence for which Kislak is known. Mr. Baxter has a passion for hard work, a dedication to his clients and a keen sense of the investment real estate market. He is a well-respected and valued employee.
Mr. Baxter holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Stockton State University and is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
