BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president of Kislak has announced that The Max Challenge, a national fitness franchise has chosen to lease 2,400 square feet of space at the 15,250 square foot strip center known as Grayrock Village in Clinton. This center is located at a lighted intersection of State Route 31 and West Main Street in Clinton, N.J. The Max Challenge has chosen this location to serve the northern Hunterdon County area.
The Well Bred Pet Store is another tenant that Kislak recently leased 2,530 square feet of retail space at Grayrock Village. Well Bred, a boutique pet store, chose to open its third location at this center to provide an upscale petfood marketplace to the Clinton area.
Other tenants at this center include the UPS Store, Colorz of Clinton, Hot Bagels & Deli, Dimola’s Pizzeria and Mirror Images Salon. A 1,200 square foot end cap space remains available for lease.
